What material are you affirmation bracelets made from?

Our affirmation bracelets are made from stainless steel, these are durable, strong and keep their shine. These are designed for everyday long-term wear.

How do I adjust my affirmation bracelet?

To tighten your bracelet start from one side of the bracelet and squeeze the edge of the bracelet upwards, repeating this on the other side. The edges of the bracelet should get closer to each other. You need to make sure that there is enough opening for the bracelet to slide on easily. Once you try the bracelet on your wrist, you can always squeeze either side until the desired size is met.

Can you make customised bracelets?

Yes, we can make customised jewellery, please contact us if you would like a customised bracelet or necklace.

Can I make a change to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake with the shipping address or would like to change it. Please email support@sounite.com with the email title “Amend shipping address”, with your order details and the correct address you would like the order to be sent to. We need any amendments to your order emailed across within 2 hours of ordering.

How long does deliveries take?

Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays with couriers. Please allow up to 10 working days.
