Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please email us at support@sounite.com quoting your order number to arrange a return.

We will send you a return form, as well as a return shipping address.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for sale items, earrings, or custom items. These items are final sale.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must returned with original product packaging intact, unused and in the same condition that you received it in, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive refund.

Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition we will reject the refund and you will be notified by email. Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
